How do returns work?
If you aren't completely satisfied with your Macoda mattress within the 100 night trial period we offer a free return and full refund.
You just need to contact us and let us know, then we'll organise for your mattress to be collected and provide a full refund once the pick up is confirmed. We only ask that you give the Macoda mattress 28 nights before making a decision as it takes time for your body to a get used to a new bed.
How do I change the firmness?
If you want to customise your mattress's feel start by unzipping the white top quilting. Then, simply flip or move around the two inserts to find the perfect feel for you. To make your mattress firmer, just take out the bottom blue insert and put it on top!

To keep your mattress clean and fresh we recommend using a mattress protector. To ensure the longevity of your Macoda mattress, we recommend rotating your mattress once a month for the first few months, and just once in a while from then on. You'll never need to flip your Macoda mattress.
