How does the 100 Night Trial work?

We deliver your Macoda to your door for free. Try it in the comfort of your own home, and if you aren't completely satisfied with your within the 100 night trial period we offer a free return and full refund.

When will my mattress arrive?

Shipping is always free and available to all of mainland Australia and Tasmania.

Sydney & Melbourne Metro:
1-3 business days.

Canberra, Adelaide & Brisbane:
3-7 business days.

Perth & Non-Metro:
3-10 business days. Certain rural locations may experience longer than expected shipping times.

Northern Territory & Tasmania:
5+ business days. Remote areas will experience significantly longer shipping times.

For metro orders, when your order has reached the nearest depot and is ready for delivery, we'll contact you and schedule delivery.

Mattresses and Pillows are sent separately and may not arrive together.

 

What type of bed base can I use?

We recommend using the Macoda mattress on any firm, flat surface.

It can be put on any type of of bed base, including adjustable bases, spring box, a slatted bed frame, or even the floor!

My mattress says it's been delivered?

Don't worry! For some regional areas, the tracking may display as 'delivered' when your mattress is close to the destination, even though it hasn't quite made it. If you think this isn't the case, don't hesitate to let us know.
